We are seeking a qualified and available Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our growing and successful team.

For the Registered Nurse Supervisor, we offer the following compensation package:

• $75,000 to $80,000 + Salary (Based on Experience)
• Quarterly Production Bonus
• Mileage Reimbursement - $0.45 per Mile
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Offered After 90 of Employment
• PTO - Accrued Starts 1st Day of Employment
• Paid Federal Holidays - 6 Days
• Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM
• Participates in Developing Standards that Ensure Safe and Therapeutically Effective Services to Patients and Families
• Participates in Developing Objectives and Company Wide Goals
• Consults with the Director of Nursing to Determine a Staffing Pattern that will Accomplish Stated Objectives and Promote the Maximum Level of the Utilization of Health Personnel
• Oversees 6 Field Nurses

Requirements

• 2 + Years of Experience as a Registered Nurse in the Home Health Setting
• 2 + Years of Supervisory Experience
• OASIS Experience Required
• Medicare Knowledge/Experience Required
• Registered Nurse Licensed in the State of Florida
• Clear and Active FL Driver's License
• On Call - Once Every 4 to 6 Weeks + Additional Compensation
