Your Role

• Supervise daily activities of the operating room unit, ensuring quality and cost-effective patient care.

• Coordinate staff scheduling, workflow, and assignments based on patient needs and skill levels.

• Collaborate with leadership and education professionals to implement orientation, in-services, and competency programs.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to staff while resolving complex unit situations.

• Support continuity of care, staff development, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and organizational standards.
