Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Supervisor
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Overview:
Our nursing team is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor to oversee care management operations in a structured clinical setting. This role focuses on leadership, staff supervision, and quality assurance rather than direct patient care. The position supports team performance, workflow efficiency, and operational oversight.
Position Offers:
M–F 8–5 schedule
Compensation: $100,000–$140,000 annually

No direct patient care responsibilities
Leadership-focused nursing role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a team of 19 care managers
- Provide one-on-one staff training and development
- Lead presentations to improve operational performance
- Conduct chart audits for quality assurance
- Support triage processes for care managers
- Monitor workflow and ensure compliance with standards
- Identify opportunities to improve care coordination and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license in California
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in care coordination or nursing operations preferred
