Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Are you an experienced ICU Registered Nurse ready to advance into a leadership role? We are seeking a Patient Care Nurse Supervisor for a permanent opportunity in the Miami area.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff

Ideal Candidate
-
Registered Nurse with ICU experience
-
Previous charge nurse, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
- Florida supervisor license required

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Ability to coordinate staffing and support a clinical team
