NEW Registered Nurse (RN) – Evening Shift

Schedule

• 32 hours per week

• Evening shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm

• Weekend & holiday rotation

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct and indirect patient care while collaborating with families and guardians

• Assess patients’ physical and psychological conditions throughout care

• Support treatment planning and document progress with accuracy

• Contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care

What You’ll Bring

• Current RN license in Massachusetts (required)

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)

• CPR certification (valid)

• Experience in psychiatric or substance use disorder care preferred

• Strong skills in crisis management, de-escalation, and therapeutic communication

• Ability to work calmly and effectively in challenging situations
