Job Title: RN-Claims Analyst
Location: Salem, VA
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance analysis to ensure claims adhere to established guidelines and regulations.
- Perform detailed medical reviews and provide accurate pricing analysis.
- Review and process appeals, making determinations based on clinical knowledge and policy criteria.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve claims processes.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims analysis and healthcare compliance.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in the state of Virginia.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience required.
