Pay: $45 - $58/hourly + $3/hourly night shift differential

Acute Care Rehabilitation RN Opportunity:

Acute Care Rehabilitation RN Duties:

• Provide hands-on patient care for inpatients that are recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, and orthopedics.
• Acute Care Rehabilitation RNsupervises the care provided by LPNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff on assigned unit and shift.
• Assess and reassess patients, communicate relevant information with the interdisciplinary team, and report patient concerns and changes in condition to the supervisor and/or physician in a timely manner.
• Create individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals.

Acute Care Rehabilitation RN Qualifications:

• Current California RN licensure is required
• CPR certification is required
• One year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting as a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse preferred, or 2 years of Med/Surg, SNF, Telemetry, or LTC, or some combination of the 4 preferred
• 1 year of Acute Care experience required
• CRRN preferred (if you don't have it, we will help you obtain it!)
