What You’ll Do:

• Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

• Communicate timely and effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

• Implement and evaluate therapeutic interventions in alignment with care plans.

• Supervise unlicensed personnel to promote safe, high-quality outcomes.

• Educate and empower patients and families on diagnoses, treatment, and health maintenance.

• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and accreditation standards.

• Champion safety through accurate documentation, medication administration, and outcome monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Georgia (from an accredited institution)

• BSN required (or enrolled within 6 months of hire and completed within 3 years)

• BLS (AHA certified) – required within 30 days of hire

• ACLS (AHA certified) – required within 30 days of hire

• Oncology experience preferred—but a willingness to learn is just as valuable!
