Registered Nurse – Up to $50/hr + $12,500 Sign-On + $5K Relocation | West Texas
An acute care hospital near Abilene, TX is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time opportunities across multiple departments.
Registered Nurse Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: $30–50/hour (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $8,200–$12,500 (Part-Time or Full-Time)
- Relocation Assistance: $5,000
Registered Nurse Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Shifts: Day or Night | 3x12 | Self-Scheduling
- Units: ER, Rehab, Oncology, PCU, Med/Tele, Neuro/Tele, Dialysis, Centralized Support(float), NICU, Med/Surg, Surgical Med/Tele, OR, IMCU, L&D and CCU
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered nursing care in assigned unit
- Conduct patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with hospital standards, safety policies, and best practices
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Active RN License
- BLS and ACLS Certification required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
