We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator for Ambulatory Surgery Centers Services to lead operations at a surgical facility in Houston, TX . This full-time leadership role is responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the facility’s operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical services while driving both clinical and financial excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Run the daily operations of the surgical center
- Act as the main contact between doctors, staff, and leadership
- Plan and manage services, staffing, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
- Oversee clinical departments and outside service providers
- Lead quality, safety, and infection control efforts
- Build strong relationships with physicians and staff
- Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Represent the facility in corporate meetings
- Support marketing, community outreach, and public relations
Required:
- Active Texas RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong clinical background with proven leadership experience
- Prior ASC leadership or acute care hospital OR leadership experience (Director level or higher)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with physicians and staff
- Excellent business acumen, including budgeting, staffing, and compliance oversight
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Growth-minded leader with a passion for quality improvement and operational excellence
