We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator for Ambulatory Surgery Centers Services to lead operations at a surgical facility in Houston, TX . This full-time leadership role is responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the facility’s operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical services while driving both clinical and financial excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Run the daily operations of the surgical center
• Act as the main contact between doctors, staff, and leadership
• Plan and manage services, staffing, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Oversee clinical departments and outside service providers
• Lead quality, safety, and infection control efforts
• Build strong relationships with physicians and staff
• Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Represent the facility in corporate meetings
• Support marketing, community outreach, and public relations

Required:

• Active Texas RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong clinical background with proven leadership experience
• Prior ASC leadership or acute care hospital OR leadership experience (Director level or higher)
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with physicians and staff
• Excellent business acumen, including budgeting, staffing, and compliance oversight
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Growth-minded leader with a passion for quality improvement and operational excellence
