RN Community Nurse
Starting Salary: $90,000+ annual
This field-based role is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently while making a meaningful impact in patients' lives. You'll conduct home visits, complete assessments, develop care plans, and provide ongoing clinical support to help clients remain safely in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits to assess patient needs
- Develop individualized care plans
- Provide ongoing clinical support
- Work independently to ensure patients' safety and well-being
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Prior experience in home care nursing preferred
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
