Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care | Night Shift | Auto Offer

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide coordinated nursing care for patients in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will utilize the nursing process, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills to deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Schedule

  • Night Shift
  • 36-48 Hours per Week
  • Auto Offer
  • EPIC Experience Required

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and collect relevant health data.
  • Analyze assessment findings to identify patient care needs and nursing diagnoses.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Promote patient safety, health, and wellness.
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
  • Delegate and supervise appropriate tasks to nursing support staff.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience

  • Acute Care Hospital experience preferred.
  • EPIC EMR experience required.

Licensure & Certifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong organizational and patient advocacy skills.
