Key Responsibilities:

Perform withdrawal assessments and monitor patients using CIWA/COWS protocols
Administer medications and complete scheduled medication passes
Monitor vital signs and evaluate patient response to treatment interventions
Conduct intake assessments for detox and residential admissions
Document all clinical care and patient status updates in the EMR system
Educate patients on detox process, medications, and recovery expectations
Support care delivery across residential units as needed
Maintain accurate and timely shift documentation and communication

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
Prior experience in inpatient, behavioral health, or detox settings preferred; training provided
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
