Competitive Pay: $32 – $49/hour (FULL benefits included)
Sign-On Bonus:

• Up to $12,500 for New Grads

• Up to $20,000 for RNs with 1+ year experience

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams

• Advocate for patients and families across the care continuum

• Support a healing environment through emotional and psychological care

• Contribute to process improvement and best practices

What You’ll Need:

• RN license in Illinois or Michigan

• BLS (AHA) certification

• (Preferred) BSN and prior RN experience

• Basic EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
