Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients with diverse medical conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation

• Provide patient and family education on medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
