Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions at admission and throughout the shift

• Administer medications and carry out physician-ordered treatments

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in patient medical records

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update and adapt care plans

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care

• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment in alignment with hospital protocols
