Registered Nurse (RN) – IMCU | Relocation Assistance Available

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a scenic, community-focused hospital in the Brookings area. You’ll work in the Intermediate Care Unit providing high-quality, patient-centered care while enjoying a supportive team and exceptional benefits.

Shift Details

• Varied 10-hour shifts (Day or Night)

• 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week

• 80 hours per two-week pay period

• Weekend shifts possible

• On-call requirements possible

Compensation and Benefits

• $45.00–$71.00/hour, based on experience

Your Role

• Apply nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care in the IMCU

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for effective patient care coordination

• Teach patients and their families regarding care and procedures

• Document care accurately in the EMR system

• Respond effectively to patient emergencies and critical situations

• Maintain regular attendance and professional conduct

• Participate in unit initiatives and employee engagement activities
