A top-performing acute care hospital in Southern California is seeking a dynamic Sepsis Program Coordinator (RN) to champion early sepsis recognition, drive quality outcomes, and lead one of the facilitys most critical clinical initiatives. If you're a strong clinician with a passion for education, improvement, and saving lives this role is for you.
What Youll Do
- Lead and elevate the hospitals Sepsis Program
- Improve early detection & evidence-based treatment
- Educate and support staff across all units
- Review data, analyze trends, and drive quality improvement
- Ensure regulatory readiness (CMS, Joint Commission)
- Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- BSN or MSN
- CA RN License + BLS (AHA)
- 3+ years acute care; 2+ years ICU/ED/high-acuity
- Strong clinical sepsis expertise & data-driven mindset
- Strong communicator, educator, and team leader
- Preferred: CCRN, CEN, CIC, QI or program coordination experience
