• Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
• ENT, vascular, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases

CRNA Compensation - W2 Hospital-Employed

• Base Compensation $300k
• Signing/Student support $100k (over 1-5 years)
• Paid Time Off 368 hours (8 weeks' vacation, 6 traditional holidays)
• Dues/CME/Board Certification $4k/yr
• Overtime $225/hr
• On-Call Rate, additional $ for Nights/ Weekends
• 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2)
• Sick Time Accrual 600hrs (FT: 4hrs/pay, PT: 2hrs/pay)

• Findlay Surgery Center, freestanding facility, 4 ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, procedure rooms
