Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts. 7 AM - 3 PM, Late Room 7 AM - 5 PM Case Mix: ortho, Gen, ENdo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals. Trauma Level: Level 3 trauma, C-sections and VBACs, 380 deliveries/year. # of providers per day: 5 # of OR's: 5 Active License Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days Certifications Required: DEA Required.
