OR Mon - Fri (7 am - 5 pm) 1 provider will rotate night call every 12 weeksOB float during the day and primary call at night (In-house) (post-call day off)Secondary beeper call at night (no post-call day off)11 pm - 7 am, working a week straight of nights Mon - Fri in-house (not on call, working hourly)Call Ratio: Yes, every 12th weekCall Response Time: Primary Call is IN HOUSE, Secondary Call- 30 minutesCase Mix: 6,500 cases annually- Primarily: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, TOCALS/VBACs (473 deliveries, 220 C-Sections). No nerve catheters, most blocks performed - must be proficient in epidurals, spinals, and ultrasound-guided anesthesia# of ORs: 5Supervision and Ratio: ALL CRNA practice# of providers on during the day: 12Active LicenseCredentialing Time Frame: 60-90 daysCertifications Required: Case logs for epidurals, spinals, blocks. ACLS, BLS, PALS-(Ask if AHA certified. It may be required).
