RN / Registered Nurse - Rheumatology

NEW Registered Nurse (RN) – Rheumatology | Direct Hire

Seeking a Registered Nurse to support a busy rheumatology practice by providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves assisting providers with examinations and treatments, administering medications and infusions, coordinating patient care, and delivering education to patients managing chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per physician orders

• Assist providers with exams, diagnostic procedures, and treatments

• Administer medications via intramuscular and intravenous routes, including infusions

• Triage patient phone calls related to symptoms, scheduling, and admissions

• Provide patient education and reinforce physician instructions

• Document care, medications, and patient responses accurately in the EMR

• Utilize EMR and clinical systems in accordance with policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience

• Experience with IV and IM medication administration

• Strong organizational, communication, and assessment skills

• Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality standards

Position Details:

• Direct Hire | Full-Time

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

• Pay Range: $29 – $35 per hour

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (1-year commitment required)
