About the Opportunity
A well-established critical access hospital in scenic Central Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care to individuals and families
• Triage, assess, and stabilize emergency patients in collaboration with providers
• Deliver skilled nursing care to acute care patients, including medication administration and monitoring
• Support swing bed patients through recovery while maintaining comfort and dignity
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Accurately document all care in accordance with facility standards
• Respond efficiently and calmly in urgent or emergent situations

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility)
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Prior ED, acute care, or swing bed experience preferred (training available for motivated candidates)

Compensation & Schedule

• $45–$48/hour + $2/hour night shift differential
• Full-time, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Rotating weekends and holidays
