L&D RN / Registered Nurse

NEW Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift
Location: Oklahoma
Up to $10K Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (On-Call)

We are seeking experienced Labor & Delivery RNs to join a close-knit team at a smaller, patient-focused facility. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Position Highlights:

• 8 L&D rooms + 2 surgical suites
• Approximately 70 deliveries per month
• Strong team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate)
• Monitor and evaluate patient status throughout labor and delivery
• Document care accurately using proper medical terminology
• Support discharge planning and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality improvement and educational activities

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Oklahoma or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive pay: $33 – $51/hr
• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (for candidates outside 71-mile radius, 2-year commitment)
