NEW Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Opportunity | Full Time (Days/Evenings)
Overview:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med Surg unit to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will be responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and coordinating treatment while working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Permanent placement only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicate updates to physicians, patients, and families
- Coordinate care and support patient discharge planning
- Delegate tasks to LPNs/CNAs while maintaining accountability
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to care standards
Requirements:
- Active RN license (ND or compact)
- BLS certification (or obtained during orientation)
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities
