Registered Nurse (RN) - In-Home Services Aurora, Colorado $41-$55/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling
Overview: Clinical Magnet is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join their In-Home Services team in Aurora, Colorado. Schedule Options (Choose What Fits Your Lifestyle): Tuesday-Saturday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hrs/week with built-in flexibility and breaks) Sunday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hrs/week with built-in flexibility and breaks) 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality outcomes Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, reporting changes and collaborating with providers on care plans Administer medications and treatments, while educating patients and families on proper use and compliance Coordinate care, including scheduling appointments, facilitating referrals, and supporting hospital transitions Complete clinical documentation, care plans, and required certifications/recertifications in a timely manner Participate in care conferences and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, OT, SLP, Social Work) Support and supervise LPNs and home health staff, ensuring high standards of care delivery Provide health education and counseling to patients and caregivers What We're Looking For: Active RN license (state of Colorado) Associate's Degree in Nursing (or higher) BLS & First Aid certification (AHA or Red Cross) At least 1 year of experience working with geriatric or medically complex populations Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered mindset Why This Role Stands Out: Competitive hourly pay: $41-$55/hr Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance High-impact, relationship-based care in a home setting Opportunity to work independently while still being part of a collaborative care team Meaningful work supporting the aging population in maintaining independence
