RNAC Responsibilities
- Travel to various facilities within the state of Maryland to provide consultation, training, and lead clinical teams through facility inspections while maximizing reimbursement accuracy, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Responsible for overseeing the Resident Assessment (RAI) Process
- Oversee patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and ensure the facility receives accurate reimbursement.
- Ensure all federal and state regulatory standards are met, preventing financial penalties and protecting resident care standards.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in state of Practice (Maryland)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in long-term care
- Recent experience as an RNAC/MDS Coordinator strongly preferred
- Hands on experience as an RN
- Strong, recent RAI experience
- Proficient, recent experience in ICD-10 coding required
- Must be able to travel Monday - Friday by air or car. Overnight travel is required.
Compensation & Benefit
- Salary based on experience, ranging from $95K - $120K
- Comprehensive benefits plan with daily pay options!
