Job Description
A healthcare organization in PA is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide and supervise resident care in a long-term care setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Position Highlights
- Supervise day-to-day nursing care provided by nursing assistants and LPNs
- Administer medications and treatments and monitor resident response
- Develop, review, and update resident care plans
- Assist physicians with rounds, examinations, and treatments
- Provide direct resident care and respond to changes in condition
- Help orient nursing staff and support day-to-day staffing assignments

What We’re Looking For
- Current Pennsylvania RN license or temporary work permit required at time of interview
- BLS (AHA) required
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Nursing home experience is a plus
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Ability to supervise nursing staff and respond effectively in emergency situations
