Registered Nurse- Peterborough, NH

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join an outpatient family practice team in New Hampshire!

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care through assessments, planning, and implementation of nursing interventions

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records

• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care

• Provide guidance and support to LPNs and Medical Assistants

• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license or eligible compact license

• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required

• Previous nursing experience required

• New graduates are not being considered at this time

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Candidates must currently reside in New Hampshire or be actively relocating to the state
