$200K plus OT for NEW GRAD - 3 or 4 day week in NJ - SRNA

In this role, right out of school, you have the opportunity to make as much as you like with $200K to start plus overtime. If you want to pick up an extra 13 hr shift weekly you can add about $80K to your income but yon are not obligated to. There is plenty of OT paid at a premium rate so you can work to meet any income goal or just do your 40 hour week. There is a nice retirement contribution on your total earnings so your OT pays there as well. You may choose to work a 3 or 4 day work week via 10 or 13 hour shifts and see regionals and a challenging case set. You will have no call in this role. This beach community is a great place to develop your skills and have flexibility while achieving your income goals. This is an attractive area of New Jersey with access to some of the state's most attractive communities as well as the cities of New York and Philadelphia.
