• Up to 135K Salary
• 20% of annual salary in production bonuses
• $3000 relocation assistance
• $20,000K signing bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Director of Nursing (DON)

• Experience with performance improvement/quality assurance
• Transformational leadership style with preferred experience with Studer principles
• Exposure to critical access hospital environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Director of Nursing (DON)

• 5 years in a director level (preference) with experience over a service line, such as the ER
• Clinically: experience in emergency, OB, acute/inpatient or surgery, or exposure too
• Familiar with therapy services such as lab, rad, therapy services (PT,OT, RT)
