Day Shift | Monday–Friday | Flexibility required for mid-shifts and on-call coverage

Salary Range:
$83,000 – $130,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 (paid over 24 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional perioperative care during cardiovascular surgeries

• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for optimal patient outcomes

• Adhere to evidence-based protocols and safety standards

• Participate in on-call rotation for open-heart procedures

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Delaware or compact state (required)

• BSN preferred (or commitment to obtain within 3 years of hire)

• Minimum 3 years of operating room experience (required)

• Must have prior cardiac open-heart experience

• BLS certification (required)
