Salary Range:
$64,000 – $110,000 annually ($34.27 – $56.01/hour)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for nurses with a strong background in ICU, CVICU, IMC, or Cath Lab environments.

This position involves working in cardiovascular, electrophysiology, and interventional neurology settings, supporting a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures including cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, ablations, device implants, and neuro-interventional procedures.

Note: New graduates and nurses with only med-surg experience will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and assist in complex cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures

• Prepare patients and procedure rooms for interventional procedures

• Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure, reporting abnormalities to providers

• Administer procedural sedation in accordance with policy

• Accurately document procedures and assessments in real-time using electronic medical records

• Participate in safety checks and full-stop protocols for every procedure

• Precept and mentor new nursing staff

• Maintain clinical competency through ongoing education and certifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred or must be obtained within 36 months of hire

• Active RN license (Delaware or Compact State)

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in ICU, CVICU, IMC, or Cath Lab

• Strong critical thinking, procedural support, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN

• Prior experience in a Cardiovascular and EP Lab

• Familiarity with MacLab/CardioLab and 3D mapping systems

• Experience with neuro-interventional procedures (e.g., stroke thrombectomy, carotid stenting)
