Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Operating Room

A state-of-the-art healthcare facility is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join its Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team. This is a great opportunity to work in a high-acuity surgical environment with a strong focus on patient-centered care, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver professional perioperative nursing care to cardiovascular surgery patients

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

• Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes

• Delegate tasks appropriately and support a safe work environment

• Maintain clinical competency and contribute to evidence-based practice

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred

• Active RN license (or temporary permit) in NC or a compact state

• Current BLS certification (AHA required)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills

• Previous OR or CVOR experience preferred but not required
