CVOR Registered Nurse – Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced CVOR Registered Nurses to join a dynamic surgical team in a growing regional hospital system. You’ll work with advanced technology and provide expert care to patients in a Level 2 trauma center environment while enjoying a supportive team atmosphere and career growth opportunities.

Shift Details

• 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 4 x 10-hour shifts

• Evening, night, and weekend rotations available

• On-call requirements as needed

Compensation and Benefits

Your Role

• Serve as a nurse advocate for patients undergoing cardiac surgery

• Perform patient assessments, documentation, and time management

• Assist in positioning and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout surgery

• Maintain asepsis and handle surgical instruments and specimens accurately

• Monitor and operate surgical equipment effectively

• Inventory all countable items pre- and post-surgery

• Float to non-cardiac specialties as needed

• Contribute to professional practice and departmental initiatives
