Job Description
Full-Time - Day Shift - Rotating Weekends
Join a high-performing cardiovascular OR team at a large, well-established regional medical center. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced surgeons on complex cardiac and thoracic cases in a growing program.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and manage instruments, equipment, and supplies for open heart procedures
- Assist surgeons during cardiac and thoracic cases
- Perform surgical counts with the circulating RN
- Prepare and turn over OR rooms between cases
- Support patient positioning, transport, and intraoperative needs
- Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to safety protocols
What You'll Get
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Shift differentials:
- 2nd shift: +$3.15/hr
- 3rd shift: +$4.00/hr
- Flexible scheduling: 10s or 12s (starting ~6:30am)
- Relocation assistance (case-by-case)
