CVOR Surgical Technologist III | Tier 3 | Advanced Cardiovascular OR

A leading healthcare organization in the Kansas City area is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist III (Tier 3) to join its advanced cardiovascular surgical team.
Position Highlights
- Full-time | Day shift
- Rotating weekends
- On-call responsibilities
- Senior-level role supporting complex cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular & hybrid procedures
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor within the OR
- Fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment
- Opportunity to work with advanced cardiovascular and endovascular procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist
- CST certification or equivalent surgical technology certification
- Strong cardiovascular and endovascular/hybrid OR experience
- Advanced knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile technique
- Ability to function independently during complex, high-acuity cases
- Strong ability to anticipate surgeon and surgical-team needs
- Excellent communication, teamwork & leadership skills
- BLS certification required
