Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Cardiovascular Manager for our Cardiac Surgery Department in Beautiful Palm Springs, CA! This role will be heavily involved in operations of the Cardiac Surgery Department and supports the core functions of the cardiovascular service line to enable cost-effective, high quality, efficient, and safe patient care.
Schedule: Full Time Days M-F No Weekends or On Call
Position overview: The candidate shall be responsible for collaborating with key organizational and external stakeholders to improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of operations through the provision of effective project management, operations management, and process improvement strategies and methods. Will implement, administer, and support assigned business systems under the guidance of senior members of the team.

Candidate is required to have a BSN and CA RN license eligible; Must have 5 years cardiovascular and supervisor experience
