Salary and Benefits
- Starting Salary: $85,000
- Health Insurance: Employer covers 70%
- Dental and Vision Insurance: Provided
- Paid Time Off: 8 days in the first year
- Paid Holidays: 6
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile
- Cellphone Allowance: $60 per month

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Float across multiple service areas based on patient and staffing needs
- Perform patient admissions, routine visits, and symptom management
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality hospice care in patients’ homes
- Assess patient conditions and update care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families on hospice services and symptom management
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication
- Travel daily within the metro Atlanta area
Requirements
- Clear and active RN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience required
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Flexibility to cover varying territories day-to-day
