We’re hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager who wants a field-based role with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule and a mission to serve a unique community.
You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on complex case management, home evaluations, and advocating for patients across the continuum of care.
You’ll practice in Fort Pierce, FL, enjoying coastal charm and a vibrant arts scene while benefiting from a low cost of living on the Treasure Coast.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000 - $95,000
