Job Summary:
The Nurse Manager oversees daily nursing operations in our senior living community and ensures high-quality, compassionate care. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to support staff, maintain compliance, and promote a positive, resident-centered environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support nursing staff
- Train new hires and oversee annual training
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Oversee resident care and quality standards
- Communicate with residents and families
- Assist with scheduling as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (NH or compact state)
- 3+ years of leadership experience (senior living preferred)
