Registered Nurse Case Manager Needed in Sacramento, CA, USA. Make $3,090/Week!
*MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS RN CASE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND AN ACTIVE CA LICENSE TO QUALIFY FOR THE POSITION!!
MUST HAVE PRIOR CA DIGNITY/COMMONSPIRIT ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE OR THEY WILL NOT CONSIDERED*** Unit Care Coordination (case management) Certs MUST have experience with and proficient at Midas, InterCall, Cerner, Curaspan, and Microsoft Office programs. Experience with discharge planning and utilization review. Minimum of 3 years hospital experience and needs acute level care coordination experience
Work Type: Travel
Pay: $3,090/Week
Location: Sacramento, CA
Title: Registered Nurse Case Manager
Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Days.
Shift Schedule: 8 hour shifts
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
