We’re hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Beverly, Massachusetts who wants autonomy, a flexible hybrid schedule, and meaningful impact with older adults without bedside demands.

You’ll step into a community-based role focused on developing individualized plans of care, coordinating services, and ensuring continuity for patients living at home. This position does not require direct bedside care. You’ll spend three days in the community meeting patients and two days working remotely on care coordination and follow-up.

You’ll practice in Beverly, Massachusetts, a coastal North Shore community known for its scenic shoreline, strong community feel, and proximity to Boston.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary ranging from $84,000 to $108,000 based on experience
