Registered Nurse (RN) – MDS Coordinator
Location: Boston, MA
Overview:
Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as an MDS Coordinator across Boston locations. This role ensures accurate MDS and RAI processes, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident documentation. Our environment is collaborative and focused on improving resident outcomes through strong interdisciplinary coordination.
Position Offers:
• Monday–Friday, office-based schedule
• Competitive pay $91,520–$93,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee completion and accuracy of MDS and RAI assessments
• Ensure timely and compliant resident documentation
• Support individualized resident care planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve care quality
• Assist with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement processes
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Identify and support improvements in documentation workflows
Qualifications:
• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• MDS experience preferred
• Strong understanding of MDS and RAI processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
