Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Plano, TX
Overview:
Our Registered Nurse position provides hospice care services to patients throughout Plano, TX, delivering compassionate end-of-life support and coordinated clinical management. Our role focuses on patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and consistent weekday scheduling to support high-quality outcomes for patients and families.
Position Offers:
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.53 per mile from departure through final visit each day

- Monthly $75 phone service stipend
- Salary range $90,000–$96,000 annually DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations in hospice care settings
- Develop, implement, and maintain individualized hospice care plans
- Coordinate patient care needs, including medication-related requests and symptom management
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to care coordination decisions
- Supervise and support nursing assistants in the delivery of patient care
- Assist with admissions and support smooth transitions of care between settings
- Provide patient and family education regarding hospice services and end-of-life care
- Deliver symptom management and comfort-focused nursing interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and records
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year hospice nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills
- Ability to manage a field-based caseload independently
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
