An established technical college near picturesque Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is seeking an innovative and experienced Director of Nursing to lead its nursing program and empower the next generation of healthcare professionals. Position Offers

• Competitive pay: $80,636–$104,809 per year, depending on experience
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the nursing program, including curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation
• Ensure program compliance with Florida Board of Nursing regulations and accreditation standards
• Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing faculty and staff
• Oversee student admissions, progression, and outcomes, including licensure exam performance
• Develop and maintain clinical partnerships with healthcare facilities in the community
• Manage program budgets, reporting, and strategic planning
• Foster a supportive, student-centered learning environment

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN license
• Master's degree or higher in nursing
• Nursing leadership or administrative experience
• Experience in nursing education or academic settings preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
