My name is Chris and I work with an established Medical Group in Gilbert, AZ. We are actively seeking an empathetic, compassionate RN Case Manager to join our team.
You will be overseeing quality, dignified care, in a respectful environment, prioritizing patients' wishes and desires, for their personal journey.

Responsibilities:
•Educate families and caregivers of the patient on recognizing potential symptoms
•Provide safe and competent care for the patient
•Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
•Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
•Familiarity with medical software and equipment
•Active, Arizona Registered Nurse License
•Excellent bedside manner
•Work well autonomously or as part of a collaborative team
