Job Description
Currently working with a hospital in Dover, NH to assist with coverage for an RN Cath Lab position with a start date of 2/06/2023.
Job Description:
- 13 Weeks
- Days
- Monday-Friday: 0700-1530 40hr guarantee
- On-Call Monday-Friday and weekend call; 10-12 days/month
- Weekends call schedule
- Positions and immobilizes patient on examining table following specified protocols.
- Continuous assessment of patient hemodynamics.
- Performs conscious sedation.
- Mix and maintain IV/IC infusion and bolus.
- Alerts Physician to changes in patient responses.
- Assists Physician in interventional procedures.
- Recovery of patient to Phase I.
CALL SCHEDULING: Call starts at punch til 7am the next morning during the week. 7am- MN on Saturday and MN to 7am Monday morning for Sunday call.
Requirements:
- 2 years or more CURRENT Cath Lab experience
- 2+ yrs experience in cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Moderate Sedation Certified - Highly Preferred
- Cath and peripheral experience, STEMI and STEMI call experience
- Proficiency interpreting EKG & Hemodynamic pressure tracings
- Conscious sedation experience
- IV experience
- EP experience - Highly Preferred
- Covid vaccine and booster
Certification Requirements:
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
License:
- New Hampshire-Compact License Allowed
