We are hiring an experienced Cardiovascular Lab Manager in Baltimore, MD! Seeking fulltime coverage!
Day Shift
Monday-Friday
Pays up to $62 per hour
$15K sign on bonus and $15K relocation
The Cardiovascular Lab Manager performs routine and specialized procedures on patients as prescribed by a physician and directed by department protocol. Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services, they utilize leadership skills to coordinate patient care activities of the department and serve as unit liaison to director, medical staff, and other areas. Job Responsibilities:
· Delegates responsibilities, facilitates and ensures communication among team members.
· Employs a mastery function to advise and teach other Associates and evaluate care delivered.
· Collaborates with the director to facilitate the operational changes to meet the needs of our customers.
· Works collaboratively with the cardiovascular team to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.
· Reviews and manages departmental supplies and capital/operational budgets in collaboration with the executive director. Displays effective communication skills along with ensuring compliance of departmental standards
Qualifications And Skills
Experience Required:
· 2-4 years
Education Required:
· Associate's Degree in Nursing
Licenses And Certifications:
Required:
· Basic Life Support
· Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
· Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
Preferred:
· Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
· Registered Radiologic Technologist
