Premier Health Care System near Palm Springs, CA is hiring a travel Cardiac Catheterization Nurse (RN)!
This is a travel or travel to permanent position and open for immediate hire!
Schedule: Full time Mon-Fri Days No Weekends or On Call!
Work 40+ hours weekly
Locum tenens travel RN agreement will be for 13 weeks minimum with option to extend or become a permanent employee!! All expenses covered (individual housing and travel). Quick credentialing process at a prestigious medical center with state-of-the-art technology.
Job description: The Cardiac Cath lab nurse assists the Physicians/APPs in performing interventional procedures cardiac catheterizations, valvuloplasty’s, and angioplasties. Other procedures include inserting pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs). The CCL RN will monitor the patient during and after the procedure, as well as provide medication management.
Requirements:
- Valid California RN license
- BSN or MSN from an accredited nursing program
- One (1) or more years of experience in ICU, Critical Care nursing or Emergency Department
- ACLS and BCLS
